Participation in the app of Sahabat Max Membership Programme is open to all Nationalities (including citizens and Expat citizens)

You have an active WhatsApp number and email to register yourself become member of “Sahabat Max”

The Member agrees that the Personal Data may be used by the Company for the purposes below:

• To associate the Card to the Member and to update information (if required).

• To process the application by the Member for related services.

• Management, operation and maintenance of Member’s account under the terms and conditions.

• Communication by Company to Member.

• Investigation of complaints, suspected suspicious transaction and research for service improvement.

• Disclosure as required by law, rules, regulations, codes or guidelines.

Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Please do not share your username and password with others or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your membership account. Ensure your membership number, password, and PIN remain confidential.

Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Application usage is only for Sahabat Max’s membership program & benefit, not allowed for:

• Provide false information, impersonate others, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Modify, adapt, or hack the app, or attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means.

• Engage in activities such as crawling, scraping, or caching content from the app of Sahabat Max, including user data and photos.

• Introducing harmful software or attempting to disrupt or alter the Sahabat Max’s operation in any way.

• Upload inappropriate or offensive content as your profile picture or elswhere in the Sahabat Max.

Service Availability

Sahabat Max is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. Max frequently participates in creative promotions, shares money-saving shopping tips, and helps introduce the newest products available in the store.
